About the Role

The National Association for Athletes' Mental Health is dedicated to advocating for and supporting the mental well-being of athletes at all levels. We are seeking an innovative and strategic Volunteer Campaign Specialist Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in leading and executing impactful campaigns that promote our mission and drive engagement with our target audiences.

As a Volunteer Campaign Specialist Lead, you will leverage your expertise in campaign management and strategic planning to develop and oversee campaigns that effectively communicate NAAMH’s message and mobilize support. Your ability to manage cross-functional teams, analyze campaign performance, and drive results will be essential in advancing our goals and increasing our outreach.

Job Function
Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies that align with NAAMH’s mission, goals, and target audiences.
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of campaign specialists and volunteers to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of campaign content, including digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Project Management: Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, communications, and research, to integrate campaign efforts and achieve cohesive messaging.
Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to engage and expand NAAMH’s audience through targeted outreach and innovative campaign tactics.
Innovation: Explore and implement new and creative approaches to campaign development and execution to enhance impact and effectiveness.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from stakeholders and participants to continuously improve campaign strategies and execution.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic campaign plans that align with organizational goals and drive results.

  • Content Creation: Experience in overseeing the creation of compelling and effective campaign content across various platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Innovation: Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and implement new campaign strategies.

  • Passion: A genuine passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to supporting athletes’ mental well-being.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with campaign management tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
