Us Too Movement
The Us Too Campaign, which was launched in May 2024, aims to raise awareness about mental health in athletics. If you are an athlete or coach who has struggled with mental health or believe in the importance of mental health within athletics, we encourage you to share your story or join our movement by signing our #UsToo Petition.
NAAMH is pleased to offer high schools across California the opportunity to improve the mental performance and well-being of their athletes, coaches, and administration. Our team of experts will provide valuable training and education to enhance the mental game of your team. Join us this fall 2024.
